Delivery information

Most orders will be delivered to your door within 7 to 10 working days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

• All orders to mainland UK are subject to a delivery charge of £10.00 + VAT.
• All orders to non-mainland UK are subject to a delivery charge of £20.00 + VAT.
• In addition to the above please see the exceptions below*.

Postage and packing costs will not be refunded unless an item is faulty.

Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 7am - 5pm (excluding Bank/Public holidays). If you are unavailable to receive and sign for the consignment it will be left in a safe location (complying with any instructions given) or with a neighbour. If this is not possible a card will be left with the carrier's telephone number - please call the number to arrange for redelivery. Please note that in some cases you may be charged for redelivery.

We regret that we cannot deliver to any address outside the United Kingdom.

*Some items within this website are marked as having their own delivery charge. This normally applies to items that can be sent via Royal Mail (rather than by courier) or very large and heavy items (such as fridges). The delivery cost of such items is in addition to our standard delivery fees.

Pricing information & VAT

All prices shown throughout this website are quoted in British pounds sterling (£) and are + Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5%. The VAT component of your order is visible in The Basket when ordering items online.

Cancellations & refunds

At Handlefast.com we want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason you can return them within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. Goods must be in the same condition as when despatched.

Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation/receipt of returned goods. We will also refund any costs incurred in returning the goods if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order, or the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To make a return please advise us by email and we will then arrange for the goods to be collected. You will be advised by email of a collection date and the applicable return charge in relation to the item(s) which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Re-pack the item(s) together with the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for the return. Please wrap all items securely. Handlefast.com cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.
